Coco's Cookies

Ingredients & Directions:
About a half a cup of Roasted pine nuts, flaked almonds, sesame seeds,
sunflower kernels and whole grain flour. Mix, add about a tablespoon
of good quality olive or other organic oil and one or two eggs to make
a firm dough. You can add other nuts if you know they are safe for
cockatiels and a little more flour to help form the cookies. Shape into
small cookies, and bake about 12 minutes until very lightly golden
brown. Allow to cool, and store in the refrigerator in an airtight
container. My cockatiel loves one every couple of days. I wedge it
between the cage's wire, so he can tug and chew.
