Ingredients:
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 egg
1 crushed egg shell
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped veggies
or fruit of your choice

Directions:
Mix milk,melted butter,eggs and eggshells briskly with a fork to combine well. Add dry ingredients and beat well
with the spoon to make a smooth,thick batter. Add a bit more flour if needed. Fold in 1 to 1/2 cup of your bird's favorite
veggie or fruit, minced well. (carrots,zuchinni,green
peppers,brocolli,apples,bananas,whole blueberries etc.) Drop by tablespoon on hot
lightly greased skillet. Cook on medium low heat until bubbles appear on top. Flip pancake and cook the other side until
golden. Cool slightly and serve warm. Freeze leftover pancakes and thaw as needed.
