Ingredients:
4 beaten eggs
1 cup apple juice
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Butter a casserole dish. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon. Add raisins
last.
Pour into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until custard sets. Test with a knife. If
it comes out clean,
custard is done. Cool and serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers no longer than 5 days.
