Cabbage Rolls Casserole

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, minced
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup rice, cooked
1-10 ounce can tomato soup
1 can water
3 cups cabbage, shredded
Directions:

In large skillet, brown meat in oil for a few minutes, Add onion, salt and pepper. Add rice and mix well. Add soup and water. Put cabbage in baking dish. Pour meat mixture over cabbage and do NOT stir. Bake uncovered in 325 oven for one hour.
