Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 package frozen green beans
2 cans tomato soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Chili powder to taste
2 eggs
6 potatoes cooked and mashed

Directions:
Run green beans under water to thaw and drain.
Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper in a heavy skillet. Add string beans and soup; mix well.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Add salt, pepper and eggs to mashed potatoes and spoon over casserole.
Return to oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer, or until hot and bubbly
