Ingredients:
4 green peppers
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1-1/2 cups cooked rice
1 onion, minced & sautéed
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup.
water

Directions:
Cut tops off peppers and clean inside.
Combine beef, sautéed onions, rice, salt and pepper in a bowl
Mix well with hands. Stuff peppers with meat filling and place in
casserole with 1/4 inch of water on bottom.
Pour tomato sauce over peppers. Spoon tomato soup
over peppers.Cover tightly with aluminum foil and
bake at 350 for about 1-1/2 hour until meat is cooked and peppers
are tender.
