Ingredients:
18 ounce yams, drained and sliced
1 banana, sliced thick
8-3/4 ounce pineapple, crushed
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup flaked coconut

Directions:
Arrange yams and bananas in a baking dish.
Pour pineapple with syrup over all, making sure bananas are moistened.
Sprinkle with salt and brown sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with coconut, bake 15 minutes longer.
