Ingredients:
2 pounds stew beef cup into 1 inch pieces
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup red wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup quick cooking tapioca
3 carrots, peeled and quartered
2 onions, cut into 8ths

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot.
Stir together well.
Cover and cook on Low 8 to 12 hours (High: 4 to 6 hours).
Serve over noodles or rice.
This recipe may also be baked in the 325 oven in a casserole dish for 2-3 hours, until
meat is tender.
