Ingredients:
20 ounce bag hash brown potatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper.
2 pounds cooked corned beef.
16 ounces can sauerkraut
8 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Russian dressing

Directions:
Spread potatoes on greased 9-13 baking dish. Season
with salt and pepper. Bake in 450 oven about 15 minutes or until
soft. Place 1/4 inch slice of corned beef on top of potatoes. Spread 1/4 cup
Russian Dressing over meat. Spoon drained sauerkraut on top. Cover with cheese. Bake in 450 oven for 15 minutes
until hot.
