Ingredients:
2 cups fish broth,chicken broth or water
1 fish head with 1 inch meat attached
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 teaspoon cod liver oil

Directions:
In saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Add fish head. Cook for 1 minute. Add
vegetables. Cook until tender. Remove fish head to plate and vegetables to
bowl. Let cool. Add rice to the vegetable and mix. Stir in cod liver all. Pull
meat off of fish bone and mash with a fork. Make sure fish has no bones,then add
it to bowl of vegetables and rice. Add just enough reserved liquid to make
gravy. Serve warm,not hot.
