Ingredients:
1/3 cup low sodium V8 juice
1/4 cup canned,minced clams
1 cup water
1/4 cup clam juice (from can)
1 tablespoon bell pepper,minced
1/4 cup shrimp,minced
1/4 cup boned white fish,minced

Directions:
Drain canned clams.In medium saucepan, stir together V8 juice,clams,water and
clam juice. Add the peppers and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add
shrimp and fish. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve warm in a bowl, not hot.
