Ingredients:
3 large yams or white potatoes
1-2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon butter
boneless chicken pieces
1 small carrot(for white potatoes)

Directions:
Mince and mash one slice of cooked boneless chicken to make a paste. Peel and
boil potatoes (and carrot) in water until soft. Add a bit of milk and butter. Mix in mashed
chicken. Roll with your hands, individual small balls. Wrap each ball in plastic
wrap and freeze in plastic bag. Thaw a few seconds in microwave as needed. Do
not serve too hot. Remove from cage
after 1 hour to prevent spoilage.
