1-1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1-1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup milk
4 tablespoons margarine
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
Combine all ingredients with hands or in food processor, forming
a large ball.Pour out dough on a floured surface and roll out to 1/2 inch thick.
Cut into shapes with cookie cutters.Place biscuits on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until lightly browned.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
