Liver Snaps for Dogs


1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup white all purpose flour
1 package unflavored gelatin
1 package dry yeast
1 cup dry powdered milk
1/4 cup very warm water
1/4 cup corn oil
1 egg
1- 6 ounce can liver dog food
1/4 cup warm water

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water and set aside. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl with strong spoon or with your hands. Add yeast, oil, egg, dog food and water and mix well. Drop by 1/2 teaspoons onto an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 25 minutes. Keep refrigerated in tight container.
