Veggie Health Bread

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup unbleached flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 cup pellets (soaked)
1 cup each of diced yams,
squash, carrots and broccoli
1/2 cup chopped raw carrots
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 eggs with shells (washed)
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Soften pellets in water, then mash. Mix in all the dry ingredients until thoroughly blended. Puree the vegetables, eggs and raw carrots, using a blender or food processor. Mix into dry ingredients to make a thick batter. Mix in vegetable oil. If the batter is too thick, add water, but not so much that the dough can be poured. Spread dough into a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until done. Cool pan on wire rack. Cut into individual servings and freeze.
